Fitness Tip of the Week

-There's no need to work out for hours on hours, work out faster with a high paced intensity and build leaner muscle while cutting fat at the same time.

-Exercise larger muscle groups first (chest, back) before smaller extremities (arms). This prevents against fatigue during your workout.

Diet Tip of the Week

Eat at least 1 g of protein per pound of your body weight. It supports your body with an adequate amount of amino acids for your muscles for growth and recovery. For example, if you are 150 lbs, eat about 25 g of protein at each of your 6 meals per day.

Pistachios are great for weight management: They are not readily absorbed by the body, which makes them a great snack.

Eating adequate amounts of fiber each day maintains your health and keeps adding muscle tissue without putting on unwanted body fat.
