Meal Prep Service
Working out is tough, but eating clean and choosing healthy options is a lot tougher and the most important part of any weight loss or weight gain journey. If you can't cook or prepare meals yourself, I'll do it for you...
Includes:
-6, 8 or 10 meal options
-Meals all under 1500 calories per day
-All utensils provided
-Pick up at the facility on Sunday 12-1pm
I will post the weekly menu of prepared food on Wednesday and you can choose if you would like to participate in the program. After confirming that you do, then you would Chase QP, Venmo, CashApp prior to delivery on Sunday.
