Dolo's Fit28

Welcome to ‘Dolo’s Fit28’! This In-Home training program is a 30 min HIIT

(High Intensity Interval Training) formatted system varying in low and high intensity movements over the course of 28 days to burn fat, lose weight and tone muscles. No gym equipment is needed, just a jump rope and a pair of 5-10 Lb dumbbells for maximum results. Just put on your favorite music for a half hour and get into it! Once you've purchased your LIFE CHANGING plan, it will be emailed to the address provided in order form.

Follow these simple rules and the money is yours:


1- Take a full body picture of yourself WITH the current day newspaper and your weight on 1/31 or 2/1 and email it to I WILL NOT post your pictures or reveal them unless your permission is granted upon completion of the program, next to your final picture.


2- Workout daily following the program and post a picture or video via your stories or a post tagging ‘@dolosfitness’ AND ‘#DolosFit28’ on Instagram/Facebook. If your page is private, 

I WILL NOT be able to see your posts and tags, and you will be out of consideration for the grand prize. Every story, post, @mention and #mention will earn you 1 point EACH, the most points accumulated at the end will matter…GET THOSE POINTS!


3- Take a picture in the same orientation as you did on Day 1, with a newspaper and your weight on Day 28 or 29 (2/28 or 2/29) and email it to me.


4- As there will be several shapes and sizes competing for the prize, I’m looking for the BIGGEST OVERALL TRANSFORMATION! That means, if you are bigger and noticeably lost a large amount of weight and it shows in the pictures and on the scale, YOU MAY WIN. If you are smaller and got super lean and all your muscle definition came through undeniably and superbly, YOU MAY WIN! Any and every shape and size will benefit from this program and if you follow it, the change will be amazing!
